Our client seeks a Senior Associate to support core accounting operations. The consultant will perform bank reconciliations, month-end close activities, and Excel-based analysis. Experience with Sage Intacct and not-for-profit accounting would be beneficial.

We can facilitate w2 and corp-to-corp consultants. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $50.00 to $65.00/hr. w2

Responsibilities:

Execute bank reconciliations accurately and on schedule.
Support month-end close processes, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
Prepare and maintain Excel-based analyses and schedules.
Assist with close-the-books activities and variance reviews.
Collaborate with the Fractional CFO and team to resolve issues promptly.

Experience Requirements:

Hands-on accounting experience with bank reconciliations and month-end close.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including formulas and data analysis.
Experience with Sage Intacct preferred.
Not-for-profit accounting experience preferred.
