Job Details- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Strong track record of stable job history
- 2+ years of experience in commercial construction, with a focus on ground-up construction
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
- Knowledge of change order management, subcontractor coordination, invoicing and billing, and project budgeting and scheduling
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
