The ideal candidate will design, implement, and optimize enterprise-grade CI/CD pipelines, manage deployment governance, enforce quality gates, and support compliance requirements through audit-ready deployment processes.

Responsibilities
- Design and maintain scalable Harness CI/CD pipelines.
- Create reusable templates, workflows, and deployment strategies.
- Implement automated build, test, and deployment processes.
- Integrate GitHub Actions with Harness pipelines.
- Manage Kubernetes and Docker-based deployments.
- Configure approval workflows, governance controls, and secrets management.
- Implement DCMS evidence collection and audit-ready deployment tracking.
- Troubleshoot CI/CD pipeline issues and optimize deployment reliability.
- Collaborate with Development, QA, Security, and Release teams.
