Java Full Stack Lead Developer

Title: Java Tech Lead

Location: Charlotte, NC

Duration: 6+Months Contract

We are seeking a highly skilled Core Java Developer (Lead) to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Core Java, object-oriented design principles, multithreading, data structures, algorithms, and database development. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and efficient software solutions.

Experience: 10+ years of industry experience who can work as tech lead.

The Role

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and support Java-based applications and services.
• Develop robust and scalable solutions using Core Java and object-oriented programming principles.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following coding standards and best practices.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop and optimize RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Work with relational databases and write complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning solutions.
• Implement multithreading, concurrency, collection frameworks, and design patterns where applicable.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to application architecture discussions.
• Debug production issues and provide timely resolution.
• Optimize application performance, memory utilization, and scalability.
• Collaborate with QA teams during testing cycles and support release activities.
• Prepare technical documentation and knowledge transfer materials.
