We are seeking an engineering-focused Lead Database Engineer with strong expertise in Python, AI, database engineering, and automation. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting enterprise database environments, developing automation solutions, and leveraging AI to improve operational efficiency, reliability, and problem prevention.
Candidates should demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a proactive approach to identifying operational issues, and the ability to build scalable, reusable solutions that improve database performance and operational excellence.
Required Skills and Qualifications

4+ years of Database Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work or consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.

3 7 years of experience supporting Oracle databases in enterprise environments.

Strong Python programming skills, particularly for automation and engineering solutions.

Strong AI experience, including applying AI concepts to database operations and automation.

Strong understanding of Oracle Database Administration.
