Job DetailsWe are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial HVAC Service Technician to troubleshoot, diagnose, service and repair Commercial and Industrial HVAC Systems. This is a field-based Service role for someone who is comfortable working independently, diagnosing complex Mechanical, Electrical and Refrigeration issues, and servicing a variety of Commercial HVAC equipment.
MUST HAVE:
- 5+ Years of Commercial/Industrial HVAC Service experience
- Strong HVAC Troubleshooting and Diagnostics experience
- Experience servicing RTUs, Rooftop Units, Packaged Units and DX Systems
- Strong Refrigeration and Electrical Troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read Electrical Schematics and Wiring Diagrams
- EPA Universal Certification
- Valid Driver's License
NICE TO HAVE:
- Boiler experience
- Chiller experience
- AHUs and Chilled Water Systems
- Cooling Towers
- BAS/Controls or DDC experience
- VFD and VAV troubleshooting
- CRAC Units
- Trane, Carrier, York/JCI, Daikin or Mitsubishi experience
