- Monitor licensed-product and licensee performance using available indicators such as consumer ratings, service-call or return information, quality incidents, audit results, and product or supplier performance records; highlight negative trends and emerging risks.
- Coordinate corrective and preventive action follow-up with licensees and internal stakeholders, evaluate submitted evidence, track commitments and due dates, and escalate material risks or overdue actions through the appropriate governance process.
- Prepare and maintain Brand Licensing quality reports, scorecards, dashboards, assessment summaries, and governance updates.
- Support consistent communication of quality requirements, review outcomes, required actions, and escalation needs to licensees and internal stakeholders.
- Improve standard work, templates, trackers, and reporting methods that increase the efficiency and consistency of Brand Licensing Quality execution.
