Job Details:
Position: Technical Business Analyst/System Analyst MarTech (Braze / Snowflake / Paid Media) Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid) Client: Retail Client Type: Contract
Required Qualifications:
5 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, or similar role, including at least 2 3 years focused on MarTech/AdTech ecosystems.
Hands-on experience with Braze or a comparable customer engagement platform (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Iterable, Adobe Campaign, Responsys).
Working knowledge of Snowflake or another cloud data warehouse/CDP (e.g., Segment, Tealium, mParticle), including data modeling concepts.
Experience working with paid/social advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager, including audience syncs, conversion tracking, and offline event uploads.
Strong SQL skills for data validation, querying, and troubleshooting.
Proven experience gathering and documenting business/technical requirements (user stories, BRDs, functional specifications).
Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments using tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
Solid understanding of customer data concepts: identity resolution, segmentation, audience match rates, and data privacy/consent management.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences and vice versa.
Retail or omnichannel retail industry experience strongly preferred.
