Location: Chicago, Illinois (Partial Remote)
Role Overview
We are seeking a Business Analyst to support an Alliances Team. This role involves partnering with internal product and technology teams as well as external alliance and digital partners. The position requires an experienced analyst who can manage requirements, drive follow-up across stakeholders, and translate business needs into clear user stories for customer-facing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience with loyalty platforms, digital partnerships, or financial services integrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders, external partners, and delivery teams.
- Elicit, document, and manage business and functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Work with the business on process improvements and own requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Partner with Product Owners and Engineering teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Facilitate requirements workshops, working sessions, and stakeholder reviews.
- Translate partner, loyalty, and customer journeys into clear documentation.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning and execution.
- Identify risks, gaps, and dependencies and drive mitigation.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting enterprise or customer-facing platforms.
- Demonstrated experience with loyalty systems, digital partnerships, or financial institutions.
- Strong experience writing high-quality technical requirements and user stories.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive follow-up to completion.
- Hands-on experience working in Agile delivery models.
- Excellent communication skills with both business and technical audiences.
- Required technology proficiency includes Word.
Preferred Qualifications
- Airline industry experience.
- Experience supporting customer experience (CX) or digital customer journeys.
- Familiarity with third-party integrations and alliance-driven platforms.
