Job Title : Guidewire Policy Center Functional Lead

Location : Chicago, IL

Job Description:

Bachelor's degree or Master’s Degree in Computer science, or a related field, with minimum 12+ Years of relevant experience.
10 years in PC Insurance
7 years of Guidewire Policy Center experience
Multiple end-to-end Policy Center implementation
Experience in Agile and SAFe delivery environments
Experience leading distributed onshore offshore teams
Good Communication skills and client handling capabilities
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to lead technical discussions, architecture reviews, and cross-functional initiatives.
