Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior SDET to design, develop, and maintain enterprise test automation frameworks for web services and enterprise applications. The role focuses on Java-based test automation, API testing, BDD frameworks, performance testing, CI/CD, and end-to-end integration testing while providing technical guidance and mentoring to engineering teams. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise test automation frameworks using Java and JavaScript. Develop automated test scripts using Java, Cucumber, Karate, JBehave, and related automation technologies. Perform REST API and web services testing. Execute functional, regression, integration, end-to-end, and performance testing. Develop and maintain BDD-based automation frameworks. Design comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and automation solutions. Perform performance and load testing using JMeter. Develop and execute database validation and testing using SQL. Support end-to-end integration and full-stack application testing. Integrate automated testing solutions with CI/CD pipelines. Collaborate with developers, Product Owners, business teams, and other stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle. Mentor QA engineers and promote automation and software-quality best practices. Participate in Agile development activities and continuous improvement initiatives. Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field. 8+ years of experience developing and maintaining test automation frameworks. Strong Java programming and test automation experience. Strong experience with BDD frameworks such as Cucumber, JBehave, or similar technologies. Experience with REST API and web services automation testing. Experience with Karate or similar API automation frameworks. 3+ years of performance testing experience using JMeter. Strong experience with SQL and relational databases. Experience with end-to-end integration and full-stack application testing. Strong understanding of functional, regression, integration, and performance testing methodologies. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, collaboration, and mentoring capabilities. Preferred Qualifications Python development or automation experience. AWS Cloud experience. Experience with Jenkins, Git, and CI/CD pipelines. Experience with Apigee, API Gateway, or similar API management technologies. Experience testing microservices-based applications. Knowledge of Test-Driven Development (TDD). Experience working in Agile/Scrum and DevOps environments. Education: Bachelors Degree
