Senior Product Designer

Required Skills:
- Bachelor''s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors, Psychology, Computer Science, or a related discipline
- 7+ years of experience designing enterprise software, SaaS platforms, complex digital products, or large-scale customer experiences.
- Demonstrated experience designing applications that support sophisticated workflows, operational processes, or data-rich experiences.
- Strong understanding of interaction design, information architecture, visual design, and usability principles.
- Experience collaborating within Agile product development environments.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and communicate design rationale across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma or equivalent platforms.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design, systems thinking, and measurable business impact.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience designing dashboards, reporting tools, analytics platforms, workflow systems, or other data-intensive applications.
- Familiarity with design systems and scalable component-based design approaches.
- Experience partnering with engineering teams on complex technical implementations.
- Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
- Experience working in highly regulated or complex industries such as financial services, healthcare, technology, or enterprise software.
- Experience facilitating workshops, discovery sessions, and cross-functional design activities.
