This is a full-time, onsite role in downtown Chicago working across technologies like Node.js, React, Python, and the most modern AI tooling. You'll work directly with the founders and play a key role in scaling both the product and engineering culture as the company grows. Required Skills & Experience
- Strong foundation in software engineering (ability to read, review, and maintain high-quality code)
- Experience with modern web technologies (Node.js, React, and/or Python)
- Ability to operate as a generalist across different parts of the stack
- Experience or strong interest in leveraging AI tools within development workflows
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous, scaling startup environment
Desired Skills & Experience
- Exposure to building or working with AI/LLM-powered applications
- Experience with data engineering or processing large/unstructured datasets
- Familiarity with tools like Spark, Scala, or cloud-based data infrastructure
- Previous startup or scale-up experience
