As a General Tech,you will be an essential part of the production department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Machine Operator/General Tech
Location: Chippewa Falls, WI
Pay Range: $18-$19.80/hr
What\'s the Job?
\t- Operate 14-15 injection molding machines for production on a 12-hour shift \t
- Inspect products according to work instructions to ensure quality standards \t
- Label and package products in compliance with customer requirements \t
- Operate auxiliary equipment as needed to support manufacturing processes \t
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment following 5S principles
What\'s Needed?
\t- High school diploma or equivalent \t
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs. as required \t
- Good housekeeping skills and attention to detail \t
- Ability to read and understand written procedures and instructions \t
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written \t
- Ability to stand, walk, twist, turn, and comply with general job duties for a 12 hour shift
