Responsibilities:
Service & installation of commercial domestic hot water systems including but not limited to;
- Commercial water heaters
- Commercial domestic boilers, holding tanks & controls.
- Tankless water heaters & combo units.
- Circulating pumps
Service & installation of commercial heating/cooling systems including but not limited to;
- Hot water & steam heating boilers.
- Forced air & air conditioning units.
- Heat pumps.
- Chilling towers.
- 3 years? experience in commercial HVAC
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems.
- CFC Certified
- Ability to read commercial wiring schematics.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs independently and use power & hand tools.
- Work in outside conditions and in tight spaces.
- Use of ladders for roof access.
Qualifications:
- 3 years? experience in commercial HVAC
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems.
- CFC Certified
- Ability to read commercial wiring schematics.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs independently and use power & hand tools.
- Work in outside conditions and in tight spaces.
