Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial plumbing systems and equipment
Diagnose plumbing problems and determine effective repair solutions
Perform plumbing service, preventative maintenance, new installations, and renovation work as assigned
Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, schematics, and project documentation
Use hand tools, power tools, gauges, and measuring equipment safely and effectively
Complete work orders and required service or project documentation accurately
Communicate professionally with customers, supervisors, project managers, and other trades
Follow applicable plumbing codes, jobsite procedures, and employer safety requirements
Maintain required plumbing licenses and continuing education
Work independently when appropriate while coordinating effectively with project and service teams

Valid Texas Journeyman Plumber License and demonstrated professional plumbing experience; commercial plumbing experience preferred based on the opportunity
Hands-on experience installing, servicing, maintaining, or repairing plumbing systems

Ability to read blueprints, specifications, and related technical documentation
Working knowledge of plumbing codes, tools, materials, and safe work practices
Ability to use standard plumbing hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment
Ability to perform the essential physical functions of plumbing work, with or without reasonable accommodation
Ability to work in indoor, outdoor, and active construction or service environments as required by the opportunity
