Position: Lead Generative AI / Agentic AI Engineer Location: Columbus, Ohio
Duration: 12 months Contract (possibility of an extension)

Responsibilities: - Build and enhance multi-agent AI orchestration platforms and automation frameworks.
- Develop enterprise-grade full-stack applications supporting AI-powered experiences.
- Design and implement Generative AI solutions using modern agent frameworks.
- Collaborate with product, architecture, and engineering teams to deliver innovative AI capabilities.
- Ensure technical excellence, scalability, security, and performance across solutions.
- Rapidly prototype and deploy AI solutions to improve productivity and efficiency.
Qualifications: - 5 years of Software Engineering experience or equivalent demonstrated through work, consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.
- 7+ years of experience developing enterprise web applications.
- Strong experience with Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, Next.js, Tailwind, and Bootstrap.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience building Generative AI applications.
- Experience with ADK, OpenAI Agent Frameworks, LangChain, LangGraph, or similar technologies.
- 5+ years of experience designing and building scalable, secure, high-performance enterprise applications.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and deliver results with minimal oversight.
Preferred Qualifications: - 2+ years of experience with public cloud platforms and AI solution deployment.
- Experience with cloud-native architectures, CI/CD, and enterprise integration patterns.

Pay Range: $70.00 - $75.00/hr on W2
