RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Project Manager II to join their team. This is a fully remote role.
Duties:
* Project Manager II will lead complex, cross-functional projects/programs across all phases of planning, implementation and migration; Create, optimize and drive schedules and project plans across cross-functional teams, and partners
* Anticipate, recognize, and work through resistance or setbacks, work well with others when conflicts arise, ensure alignment with objectives and ensure project is on schedule
* Effectively execute fundamental project/program management tasks including issue and risk management, building structured cross-group schedules, meeting arrangements, tracking dependencies and milestones, and communicating overall project status
* Connect all of the pieces of the initiative by thinking end-to-end, while leveraging all available assets to solve problems and create value for both short and long
* As a Project Manager II, you will clearly and concisely communicate plans, status, issues, risks, and requirements to appropriate audiences
* Contribute to improvements in program/project management processes and operating mechanisms to continuously improve our ability to deliver value
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
* Project Management Certification preferred
* 3+ years of experience in Project/Program Management
* Project Management experience supporting implementations or migrations
* Experience building reports and using data to tell a story
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* High attention to detail
* Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently
* Exceptional planner who is highly organized with attention to detail, self-directed, efficient and able to manage complex programs and multiple priorities in a timely manner
* MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SmartSheets or Certinia
* Google Docs/Sheets
* Strong preference working with accountants, accounting background or QuickBooks experience
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
