Expertise in Planview architecture, modules, and integrations. Strong SQL and reporting skills (Power BI, Report Builder). Experience with automation tools (UI Path, Power Automate). Proficient in SOAP Web Services and data modeling. Prior Planview implementation experience is mandatory 2-3 years of experience in Functional modules (like Project Management, Portfolio Management, Resource Management, Time Sheet Management, Financial Management, Demand Management and JasperSoft Reports, CA PPM Studio of CA PPM. Understanding of Planview PPM and CA PPM Administration like Time Period Setup, Resource Setup, Project Financials, User Security, Jobs setup and scheduling, Processes, Jaspersoft Report scheduling, Financial setup, new UX Interact with Vendor Support to resolve issues related to environment, performance etc Proactively identifies problems, root cause and permanently resolves problems. Added advantage of experience in GEL Script, REST API, Integrations, XOG

Key Responsibilities & skills:
End-to-end Planview Portfolio implementation and configuration.
Integrate Planview with Jira and third-party tools using SOAP Web Services.
Automate workflows leveraging UI Path or Power Automate.
Design and maintain data models, schemas, and reporting frameworks using SQL, Power BI, and Microsoft Report Builder.
Set up OKRs and AgilePlace within Planview to support Agile processes.
Document processes, data flows, and reporting structures.
Support process documentation and change management initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth solution delivery.
Data Migration/Integration between other applications and SPM
Migration experience with other PPM tools will be a good to have.
