Comprising more than 130 personnel, the Integrated Warfare Systems Group (IWSG) delivers expertise across program and project management, acquisition and contracting, systems and digital engineering, software development, test and evaluation, sustainment and life-cycle management, cybersecurity, international/Foreign Military Sales, strategic communications, and IT services. Responsibilities We are seeking a high performing Operations Analyst to provide full-time support to Navy Electronic Warfare (EW) systems at NSWC Dahlgren. You will provide subject matter expertise for integration and testing (I&T) on Navy EW systems (SLQ-32 v6/v7) and assist in the development and implementation of procedures for product testing, review and evaluate test results, and recommend production or design changes to ensure quality and performance standards in support of the Softkill Coordination Subsystem (SKCS) program.
You will work daily onsite at NSWC Dahlgren. Expected travel is minimal.
Sign-on bonus is available upon hire! QualificationsRequired Qualifications: - Eight (8) years' experience or equivalent in threat system analysis, operation, and testing of U.S. Navy Electronic Warfare systems.
- Experience in Agile methodology
Active DoD Secret Clearance and the ability to maintain it throughout employment
Desired Qualifications: - Demonstrated experience with threat systems, red adversary tactics and kill chains, blue force OPLANS, Fleet operations, specializing in Electronic Warfare and Information Operations
Demonstrated experience organizing and leading large meetings, workshops, or conferences
Demonstrated experience systems development and/or creating/reviewing technical documentation, CONOPS, CONEMP, TTPs, Developmental and Operational T&E
