Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Workforce Planning & Labor Management Consultant with strong experience in Supply Chain, Warehouse Operations, and Labor Management Systems (LMS). The ideal candidate will lead workforce planning initiatives, optimize labor utilization, improve operational efficiency, and support labor management implementations across distribution and fulfillment operations.
Required Skills
10+ years of experience in Workforce Planning, Labor Management, or Supply Chain Consulting
Strong knowledge of Warehouse Operations, Distribution Centers, and Supply Chain Processes
Experience with Labor Management Systems (LMS) such as Blue Yonder (JDA), Manhattan, Krber, or Reflexis
Expertise in workforce forecasting, labor standards, capacity planning, and scheduling
Experience with warehouse productivity, KPI development, and labor optimization
Knowledge of WMS, TMS, and ERP integrations
Strong analytical skills using Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau
Experience leading process improvement initiatives using Lean or Six Sigma methodologies
Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills
Preferred Skills
Experience implementing or optimizing Blue YonderJDA Labor Management
Knowledge of warehouse automation and robotics
PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or Supply Chain certifications
Experience in Retail, Manufacturing, Logistics, or Distribution environments
