Summary

Onshore Cerner Delivery Manager must have experience in running AMS support for large healthcare including SLA & KPI based delivery, ITIL SRUM based Operations and project delivery experience. Strong Cerner Functional Breadth, preferred experience in Delivery Role with Large US Healthcare

Core functional domains:

Registration / ADT
Charge Services / Patient Accounting
Clinical modules (FirstNet, CareAware, Nursing)
Ancillaries (PathNet, RadNet, Pharmacy – at least dependency level)
Core Security (access, roles, audits)
AMS Operations & ITIL
Incident, Problem, Change, Request (ITIL v3/v4)
P1/P2 management and RCA ownership
SLA/SLO tracking and reporting
Knowledge deflection and incident trend reduction
On call / after hours coverage model

Program Management

Program management Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI, Lead initiatives in AI Force and AI foundry for healthcare customer.
Introduction to Languages like Python/R
Security, Access & Compliance Awareness
Client Governance & Communication Skills
Vendor & Multi Partner Management
