Strong experience in several of the following:
Active Directory & Azure AD
PC/Mac workstation management (remote, WFH) experience (Endpoint Central/SCCM, AutoPilot, Mosyle, etc.)
Scripting skills with PowerShell, Python, etc. for automation and monitoring
Implementing multi-factor authentication, single sign-on, identity management or related technologies (Okta or others)
Office 365, Teams, SharePoint Online/OneDrive, including Copilot integrations, governance, and migrations
Mobile Device Management
Confluence / JIRA (or similar applications)
Experience in a multi-location (Global) fast-paced environment
A strong working knowledge of current IT risks, security implementations, and computer operating and software programs, including AI security, data governance, and responsible AI considerations
7-10 years of relevant recent IT hands-on experience
3-4 years of experience in implementing and supporting Corporate IT solutions
The role requires the candidate to be locally based and attend the office daily.#L1-MS1
