Detailed Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow CMDB Developer with strong expertise in CMDB, CSDM, Service Mapping, and Discovery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and improving the enterprise CMDB, ensuring high data quality, implementing governance processes, and supporting ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and CI lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities

· Administer and enhance the ServiceNow CMDB and CSDM framework.

· Manage the complete CI lifecycle, including onboarding, certification, updates, retirement, and archival.

· Configure and support ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, MID Server, and IRE.

· Monitor and improve CMDB health, data quality, and compliance (Completeness, Correctness, and Compliance – 3Cs).

· Perform CMDB audits, certification campaigns, and remediation activities.

Must Have Skills

· ServiceNow CMDB

· CSDM

· ServiceNow Discovery & Service Mapping

· CMDB Governance & Data Quality

· IRE
