Summary

IDR is seeking a Sr Epic Implementation Project Manager to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Dallas, TX. This role involves leading a critical Epic application build initiative for a new facility, working closely with clinical, technical, and executive stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. The position ensures successful project coordination, planning, and execution in a healthcare IT environment.

Position Overview for the Sr Epic Implementation Project Manager:

Lead project management activities for an Epic application build supporting a new facility.
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, and issue logs.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including clinical, operational, technical, and Epic application stakeholders.
Manage project scope, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure successful implementation.
Facilitate project meetings, document action items, and drive accountability across project teams.
Partner with Epic analysts and clinical stakeholders to support application build activities.

Requirements for the Sr Epic Implementation Project Manager:

5+ years of Project Management experience leading healthcare IT initiatives.
Proven experience managing Epic application build projects.
Hands-on experience with Epic Flowsheets and Clinical Documentation.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
Excellent organizational, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
