Our client, Industry Descriptor is seeking a Mobile HVAC Technician to join their team. As a Mobile HVAC Technician, you will be part of the Department Name supporting Team Name(s). The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Mobile HVAC Technician
Location: Dayton, OH
Pay Range: $36-$40/hr
What\'s the Job?
\t- Operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and production equipment in assigned facilities. \t
- Ensure equipment is maintained in an energy-efficient, safe manner to minimize downtime and extend system life. \t
- Perform inspections and repairs on interior and exterior property areas, including walls, flooring, fixtures, roofing, and lighting. \t
- Demonstrate technical expertise in HVAC and refrigeration, with skills in electrical, piping, plumbing, and material handling equipment. \t
- Utilize CMMS systems such as Corrigo to document work performed and update work order statuses in real time.
What\'s Needed?
\t- Universal CFC recovery certification (or within 90 days of employment). \t
- Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in building engineering, with a focus on HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, and equipment maintenance. \t
- Experience troubleshooting and maintaining commercial refrigeration systems. \t
- Valid state driver?s license and willingness to perform call-in work as required. \t
- Ability to study and familiarize oneself with various equipment and operational methods.
