Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack AI Integration Engineer with deep expertise in enterprise application architecture, AI/GenAI integration, and insurance platform modernization. The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on experience across full-stack development, cloud-native architectures, API ecosystems, and AI-enabled business solutions. This role will be responsible for architecting and delivering intelligent insurance platform capabilities, integrating GenAI services, workflow automation, data ecosystems, and enterprise systems while ensuring scalability, security, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop enterprise-grade insurance platform solutions using modern full-stack technologies.
- Architect and implement AI-powered business capabilities, including GenAI, Agentic AI, RAG, intelligent document processing, and automation workflows.
- Integrate insurance core systems, third-party platforms, and enterprise applications through APIs and event-driven architectures.
- Lead cloud-native application development and deployment on AWS/Azure platforms.
- Design scalable microservices, integration frameworks, and reusable enterprise components.
- Build secure, compliant, and highly available applications aligned with insurance industry standards.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and engineering teams to define technology roadmaps.
- Provide technical leadership, code reviews, architecture governance, and mentoring to engineering teams.
- Drive DevOps, CI/CD, observability, reliability engineering, and automation best practices.
- Translate business requirements into scalable solution architectures and implementation plans.
