Job Title: Senior Technical Architect / Engineering Manager

Location : Charlotte, NC / Detroit, MI

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Architect / Engineering Manager to lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performance software solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform), system architecture, project management, and team leadership. This role involves driving project execution, collaborating with business stakeholders, managing technical risks, and guiding engineering teams to deliver innovative solutions on time. Candidates should have hands-on experience with DevOps, CI/CD, containerization, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and Agile methodologies, along with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience Required: 7+ years in software engineering, including 3+ years in architecture or project management.
