- Create monthly social media content calendars.

- Write engaging captions, hashtags, and calls to action.
- Create content for LinkedIn, Google Business Profile, company websites, and other digital platforms.
- Review content performance and adjust strategy based on engagement and analytics.
- Monitor comments, messages, tags, and audience interactions.
- Support online community engagement with customers, partners, and industry organizations.
- Assist with marketing campaigns and content scheduling.
- Review website, social media, Google Business Profile, and advertising performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
Marketing & Communications CoordinatorCompensation & Benefits- Annual Salary: $60,000-$80,000, based on experience and qualifications
- Schedule: Full-time, in-office, Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

- Review marketing materials for accuracy, grammar, consistency, and brand standards.
- Assist with internal communication campaigns.
- Edit photos and graphics while protecting customer privacy and maintaining a professional appearance.
Marketing Project Coordination- Coordinate marketing projects from concept through completion.
- Gather project requirements, prepare materials, manage revisions, and organize final deliverables.
- Communicate with internal teams, vendors, and external partners to meet deadlines.
- Track project timelines, approvals, and updates.
Website, SEO & Lead Generation- Write and edit website content, including service pages, blogs, landing pages, and event information.
- Assist with website updates to improve user experience and lead generation.
- Support website forms, calls to action, and marketing campaign landing pages.
- Keep website content current, accurate, and aligned with company services.
- Help maintain search engine optimization (SEO) best practices.
Google Business Profile & Digital Advertising- Manage and update the company's Google Business Profile.
- Assist with online reputation management and customer reviews.
- Create, update, and monitor Google Ads campaigns.
- Track advertising performance, conversions, keywords, and campaign effectiveness.
Brand Management- Maintain consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels.
- Ensure branding is consistent across digital, print, promotional products, apparel, and other materials.
- Review logo usage and marketing materials for quality and brand compliance.
- Help maintain a professional public image through consistent marketing standards.
Trade Shows & Events- Assist with planning and coordinating trade shows, conferences, and community events.
- Create and organize event materials, including brochures, banners, signage, promotional items, and displays.
- Coordinate with vendors, printers, and event organizers.
- Review event materials for accuracy, branding, and quality before production.
- Assist with booth setup, teardown, and event logistics.
- Help ensure a professional and organized event presence.
Company Communications- Gather information from team members to create social media posts, website updates, blogs, newsletters, event announcements, employee recognition, and other company communications.
- Support internal and external communications by ensuring content is accurate, timely, and aligned with the organization's brand and messaging.
