Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a RESOURCE (STAFFING) MANAGER (Level K) to join our 777 Final Assembly Team in EVERETT, WASHINGTON on 1st Shift. This role is responsible for workforce planning, staffing alignment, and employee movement across the organization. This role is responsible for coordinating staffing execution against forecasted demand, supporting leader staffing reviews, maintaining staffing data and visual management tools, and enabling timely resource decisions. This role will also lead and support Lean initiatives across the Final Assembly organization to drive process improvements, standardization, and operational performance. The selected candidate will partner closely with first-line leaders, Workforce, Industrial Engineering, and other staffing focals to support business continuity, operational readiness, and continuous improvement.

Summary pay range: $119,000 - $161,000
