Job Description

Seeking a seasoned Data Modernization Program Manager with 15+ years of experience to lead enterprise-scale data modernization initiatives. The ideal candidate will drive migration from legacy platforms (SSIS/SQL Server) to modern cloud data platforms (Snowflake) while managing cross-functional teams and engaging with business and executive stakeholders.

Required Skills

15+ years in Data Engineering, Data Analytics, and Program Management.
Proven experience leading large-scale data modernization/migration programs.
Strong Insurance domain experience (P&C preferred).
Expertise in Snowflake, SSIS, SQL Server, and data migration frameworks.
Experience with Azure and/or AWS, ETL/ELT, CI/CD, and Data Governance.
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication.
Experience managing onsite/offshore teams and multi-million-dollar programs.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end data modernization and migration programs.
Oversee migration from SSIS/SQL Server to Snowflake.
Manage project delivery, timelines, quality, risks, and budgets.
Collaborate with business, engineering, and leadership teams.
Ensure data quality, governance, compliance, and successful program execution.
Support solutioning, estimations, and continuous process improvements.
