Job Description:

Must have skill:-
1. Strong hands-on experience in HEDIS and Healthcare Quality processes(mush-have).
2. Experience with HL7/FHIR and healthcare data exchange standards(CCD, ADT, SIU)
3.Experince with H7/FHIR and healthcare data exchange standards(CCD, ADT, SIU)
4. Proficiency in SQL and Databricks for data analysis and validation
5. Strong experience in requirement gathering, data mapping, and documentation.
6. Ability to analyze large datasets and provide data-driven insights.
7. Strong stakeholder management and ability to work independently.

8-10 years
