Job Title: Scrum Master – Python & GenAI

Location : Hartford, CT 06103 (Hybrid/Onsite)

Contract duration: 12+ months Contract

Must Have Skills

7+ years of experience leading technology delivery, Agile transformation, Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer (RTE), or similar cross functional delivery roles.
Strong Handson Python development experience, with demonstrated ability to design, build, deploy, orchestrate, monitor, and manage production ready AI agents and agent based workflows.
Experience applying GenAI, AI agents, and automation across the software development lifecycle.
Strong experience facilitating planning, dependency and risk

Nice to have skills

Experience leading AIDLC, AI enabled engineering, or agentic transformation initiatives. Experience as a Scrum Master Andor Release Train Engineer (RTE) supporting complex technology programs.
Experience with agent orchestration frameworks, APIs, MCPbased integrations, prompt engineering, AI assisted development platforms, CICD, and cloud deployment. Experience with GitHub Copilot, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Codex, Claude, or similar GenAI platforms
