Duties: As a Product Support Engineer I, you will be learning to provide technical support and troubleshooting for our product and system prototypes.
You'll assist with assessing our customer needs and determining the most appropriate technical solution for concept and prototype products and systems.
You're technical responsibilities include the support of product installation, testing, error/defect detection and correction, and coordinating the appropriate corrective action with engineers and operators.
Skills Must-haves: Exposure to wireless networks, tactical communications and personal computers
Communication and customer interface skills
Familiarity with system level maintenance of networks and communications systems
Skills Preferred: Working knowledge of operating military units and logistics
Familiarity with the network and integration of traditional communications systems and sensors
Ability to read schematics, use service manuals, follow test procedures, and use logical trouble shooting techniques.
Experience with RF, vehicle installation and maintenance procedures
Background in the Aerospace and Defense Industry, Government, or US Military Leadership experience in the military or civilian organization
Education Must-haves: Bachelor's degree in a related field of study or typically 0-2 or more years of related experience
Skills Required: - SYSTEM LEVEL MAINTENANCE OF NETWORKS AND COMMUNICATIONS SYSTEMS
