About the RoleWe're seeking a personable and detail-oriented
Front Desk Administrator to support a busy customer-facing office during a high-volume enrollment season. This role serves as the first point of contact for visitors and plays a key role in creating a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities- Welcome and assist walk-in and scheduled visitors
- Schedule appointments both in person and over the phone
- Answer general questions regarding services and appointment logistics
- Process customer information and documentation accurately
- Accept and process payments
- Provide administrative support and maintain organized records
- Partner with internal team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
Qualifications- Previous customer service, receptionist, or administrative experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Experience working with CRM systems is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
