What You'll DoWe are seeking for an SAP Treasury Lead to join our growing team. This role requires a unique blend of deep SAP Treasury/In House Cash/In House Banking and SAP S/4HANA Finance functional expertise, SAP technical knowledge, and consulting acumen. You will lead tax workstreams on complex S/4HANA implementations, bridging the gap between tax compliance requirements and system configuration.
Sales and DeliveryBeyond project and program management you will support sales at key accounts by assisting with the scoping, solutioning, program planning and driving RFPs around SAP and Finance Transformation. This will be required to support sales and go-to-market activities for SAP, which will include writing and shaping proposals and presenting at Orals. You will support delivery teams as a techno-functional subject matter expert (SME) for ongoing SAP programs and help kickoff and plan new ones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead SAP Treasury workstreams on large-scale SAP S/4HANA projects from design through go-live
- Configure and optimize SAP Treasury functionality across SAP modules
- Analyze complex indirect tax requirements across multiple jurisdictions and translate them into system specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including tax professionals, SAP technical consultants, and client stakeholders
- Drive consensus and problem-solve among diverse stakeholder groups with competing priorities
- Lead and mentor junior consultants within the SAP Treasury implementation space
- Conduct fit-gap analyses and recommend best practice solutions for Treasury processes
- Support testing, training, and change management activities related to Treasury.
This role can be performed from anywhere in the US.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Extensive hands-on experience required in leading SAP Treasury/In House Cash/In House Banking consulting/project implementations (design to go-live)
- S/4 Hana Implementation experience in In-House-Bank (IHB) or In-house-cash (IHC), expertise in POBO, ROBO and EOD jobs is Required
- Bank communication manager (BCM), Payments / DMEE is Required
- Advanced Payment management (APM) is Preferred
- Multi Bank connectivity is Preferred
Soft SkillsSolid experience selling finance transformation programs, including strategic alignment with executives, solution development, and closing business.
Ability to prescribe, coordinate and unify the timely contribution across project teams, business functions, and service providers to deliver program objectives for Configuration/Development - Finance.
Ability to grow and inspire high-performing project teams across workstreams through personal example, commitment to people development and diverse teams, and sphere of influence extending beyond role and team.
Stakeholder relationship management across client, consulting partner, and internal key stakeholder communities, building consensus across cross-functional teams and diverse service providers to enable effective project delivery.

Strategic Solution Development: Experience in working across technical design, development, and implementation of solutions to meet client needs, with a focus on simplicity, amplification, and maintainability.
