Summary

Our West Coast Healthcare client is looking for an Oracle Finance Lead for a clean up and expansion project for 6 months.

Oracle Core Finance - Fixed Assets/Lease Accounting

- Duration: 6 months with potential for extension

- Start: ASAP (within 2-4 weeks)

- Travel: 25-40% on-site for milestone activities (requirements gathering, key testing cycles, and cutover to live)

## Requirements

- Oracle Fusion ERP expertise in Fixed Assets and Lease Accounting as a lead resource

- Healthcare-specific industry experience including position management, department structure analysis, and industry-specific processes

- Ability to articulate and implement leading practice recommendations rather than purely executing client-directed configuration

- Hands-on configuration capability; must function as an implementer, not solely as a strategist

- Experience managing offshore resources through daily coordination meetings to maintain a 24-hour development cycle

- Full-time availability (40+ hours/week) with a hard deadline of 12/31 for integration
