Job DetailsRequirements
Education & Licensure
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required in Indiana, or ability to obtain licensure within 6 months
- 2 years of Project Management experience
Experience
- Minimum 4-8 years of experience in roadway design for street, road, and highway projects
- Demonstrated experience managing state or locally funded transportation/bridge projects, including budget, schedule, and scope oversight
- Experience working with Indiana Department of Transportation (DOT) standards and specifications
- Design experience: AutoCAD, Civil3D, Microstation, OpenRoads
