Client is seeking a Cyber Operations Planner for a 6-month contract. After the 6-months on contract client will convert them to a full-time employee.
The work will be performed 100% onsite at Fort Meade, Maryland.
Additional details:
- Pay range = $80 - $87 W2
- Salary range = $170,000 – 180,000
- Work schedule: Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm however candidates can come in as early as 7am and leave at 3pm

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor''s degree in a related discipline with 10 – 16 years of applicable combined education and experience; related years of experience is accepted in lieu of a degree.
- Joint Professional Military Education Level II (JPME II) certification/qualification.
- Demonstrated experience integrating multiple stakeholder and operating environment inputs while developing plans.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of Joint Publication 3-12 (JP 3-12) “Cyberspace Operations.”
- Demonstrated working knowledge of JP-3 “Operations, and JP 5-0 “Joint Planning.”
- Demonstrated experience briefing Senior Executive Service (SES) and General Officer/Flag Officer (GO/FO) leadership.

This is not a hands-on keyboard cybersecurity role. The strongest candidates are typically military cyber planners, former USCYBERCOM personnel, JFHQ-DODIN planners, Combatant Command planners, or individuals who have supported joint operational planning efforts.
