Job DetailsWe are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented CNC Machinist to join our manufacturing team. This direct-hire opportunity is ideal for a skilled machinist with experience setting up and operating CNC mills and lathes using Fanuc controls. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality precision components, maintaining production efficiency, and ensuring all parts meet customer and engineering specifications.

Key Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and monitor CNC milling and turning machines with Fanuc controls.
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, work orders, and specifications.
- Adjust machine offsets, tooling, and programs to maintain part quality and production efficiency.
- Load raw materials and fixtures, ensuring proper machine setup and operation.
- Perform in-process and final inspections using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and indicators.
- Troubleshoot machining issues and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality standards.
- Monitor machine performance and conduct routine preventive maintenance.
- Maintain accurate production and quality records as required.
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
- Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to meet production goals and delivery schedules.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of CNC machining experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong experience with Fanuc controls and CNC machine operation.
- Proficient in the setup and operation of CNC mills and lathes.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and technical drawings.
- Experience using precision inspection equipment and measuring instruments.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining high quality and productivity standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety.
