Our ideal candidate has
9-15 years of experience, a strong work ethic, a desire to learn, the willingness to work cohesively within a team, and the ability to work on multiple projects. Additionally, we offer a creative, flexible, supportive and fun environment!
Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Serve as Technical Lead for highway-oriented projects
- Serve as mentor to junior Highway Design Department staff
- Perform Business Development activities including attending professional society events
- Manage project schedules and budgets
- Assist with Quality Control/Quality Assurance Reviews
Job Requirements - Previous experience with NJDOT is preferred
- Experience working on County Projects, DRPA and DRJTBC is a bonus
- Served as a Highway Task Leader or Lead Designer
- Participated in preparation of technical and price proposals
- Willing to attend marketing events
- Strong work ethic and ability to work on multiple projects and ability to meet multiple deadlines
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Pay Range: $115,000 - $165,000 (depending on qualifications)
