I'm working with a large global technology services organization that is investing heavily in AI and standing up a brand-new AI Center of Excellence in Frisco, Texas.

This is a rare opportunity to join at the ground-floor of a greenfield AI practice focused on both internal innovation and customer-facing AI implementations. The team will partner directly with enterprise clients to design, build, integrate, and deploy AI solutions that solve real business problems.

Forward Deployed Engineer Responsibilities:

Work directly with customers to understand business needs and translate them into AI solutions
Build, customize, and integrate GenAI, agentic AI, and machine learning applications
Partner with technical and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
Deploy AI solutions into production environments and drive adoption
Bridge the gap between customer requirements and engineering execution

Ideal Background:

Strong software engineering fundamentals
Experience building AI/ML, GenAI, RAG, or agent-based solutions
Comfortable working directly with customers and presenting technical concepts
Experience integrating solutions across cloud and enterprise systems
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, startup-like environment
