Job Details- Lead and coordinate daily mechanical maintenance, repair, and installation activities for assigned crews and contractors.
- Plan, assign, and monitor work to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to operational priorities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues involving industrial equipment, machinery, and related systems.
- Inspect completed work and equipment to ensure quality standards, safety requirements, and regulatory compliance are met.
Requirements
- Experience in mechanical maintenance, industrial equipment repair, fabrication, or a related mechanical trade.
- Previous leadership experience supervising mechanics, technicians, maintenance personnel, or construction crews.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, troubleshooting techniques, tools, and maintenance best practices.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, specifications, and equipment documentation.
