Summary

A leading automotive manufacturer is hiring an Administrator to provide direct support to a Business Planning Manager and administrative support to a production support and training organization in Georgetown, KY (100% onsite). You will support budget and cost management, purchase orders and procurement, Excel and Power BI reporting, meeting and training-roster coordination, and Teams/SharePoint site management, with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Provide direct administrative support to a Business Planning Manager and to a production support / training organization
Support budget and cost management, invoice processing, and financial reporting with high accuracy
Enter and manage department Purchase Orders (POs) and work within a procurement system (Ariba or similar)
Build and maintain reports and dashboards (Excel and Power BI) and resolve discrepancies
Coordinate meetings and room scheduling, manage training rosters and reporting, and schedule translators
Maintain and manage team Teams and SharePoint sites; handle system data entry and reporting
Administer learning/training records in a Learning Management System (for example Cornerstone) where applicable
Support onboarding, event planning, office-supply ordering, and ad hoc requests; raise process-improvement and automation ideas

Qualifications

Associate degree in Business, Communications, or equivalent experience (Bachelor’s a plus)
At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role
Strong verbal and written communication and exceptional customer service with all levels
Well organized and very detail oriented, especially with budget numbers and accuracy
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Experience supporting budgets, invoice processing, financial reporting, and data analysis
Able to work 100% onsite in Georgetown, KY, Monday to Friday, with about 5% overtime
Preferred: manufacturing-training support; SAP/Ariba; Power BI; LMS administration (Cornerstone or similar); SharePoint, Power Apps, or Power Automate; Nitro PDF
