Key Responsibilities
· Serve as overall technical lead for BidIQ Pricing Engine Guidance Engine and EnablerSwitch support
· Lead P1P2 incident bridges and critical production escalations
· Drive RCA reviews and preventive actions
· Coordinate releases deployments and postproduction validations
· Guide offshore support engineers and cloud engineers
· Participate in governance reviews service reporting and client leadership meetings
· Support minor enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives
· Own transition KT validation and operational readiness activities
