Integrity Import Service is seeking experienced Automotive Technicians in Grawn, MI. The shop services all makes and models and offers manufacturer OE tools, paid training and certifications, tool relocation assistance, and a collaborative environment focused on continued technician development.
Key Responsibilities
Sr. Master - Level Automotive Technician
Master-level diagnostics plus leadership - delegates by team strength (foreman mindset)
Routes work effectively, and mentors apprentices to build bench strength.
Best fit is salary plus bonus or profit-share, or a hybrid that rewards leadership contribution.
Solves what the playbook can\'t - when no bulletin exists, guided troubleshooting dead-ends, and replacing the "suggested" part doesn\'t fix it.
Researches unfamiliar systems, reasons across the whole vehicle, and forms hypotheses beyond any guide, while still verifying the fundamentals first.

A-Level Automotive Technician
Perform advanced automotive diagnostics, including complex vehicle concerns requiring a strong diagnostic mindset.
Diagnose and repair vehicles from start to finish across a variety of makes and models.
Builds an independent test plan - verifies the symptom, interprets codes and the systems involved, and isolates root cause without guided steps.
Reads live data (knows what "normal" looks like), is scope-confident, and is capable of network/bus diagnostics.
A Production A Tech diagnoses and repairs end-to-end.
Inspect vehicles, identify repair needs, and prepare estimates for recommended work.
Use automotive diagnostic tools, wiring diagrams, manufacturer OE tools, and service information systems, including Mitchell 1 and Tekmetric.
Maintain a high level of quality and accuracy throughout the diagnostic and repair process.
B-Level Automotive Technician
A high-producing technician who serves as a key contributor to the shop\'s production engine.
Perform most repairs with minimal supervision, possess strong mechanical and electrical fundamentals, effectively use scan tools and service information, and can diagnose and repair common vehicle concerns while maintaining quality workmanship, strong efficiency, and a low comeback rate.
Inspect vehicles, identify repair needs, and prepare estimates for recommended work.
Use automotive diagnostic tools, wiring diagrams, manufacturer OE tools, and service information systems, including Mitchell 1 and Tekmetric.
Maintain a high level of quality and accuracy throughout the diagnostic and repair process.
Qualifications
Sr. Master - Level Automotive Technician
10+ years of experience
Strong advanced automotive diagnostic capabilities.
Comfortable diagnosing and repairing a variety of makes and models.
Michigan State Mechanic License required.
Michigan State Drivers License required.
Strong computer, reading, and writing skills.
Ability to work independently and complete vehicles from diagnosis through repair.
ASE Master A1-A8 + L1 certifications are required.
A-Level Automotive Technician
Minimum 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience.
Strong advanced automotive diagnostic capabilities.
Comfortable diagnosing and repairing a variety of makes and models.
Michigan State Mechanic License required.
Michigan State Drivers License required.
Strong computer, reading, and writing skills.
Ability to work independently and complete vehicles from diagnosis through repair.
ASE Master A1-A8 certifications are a plus.
Testing & Continuing Education will be required
B-Level Automotive Technician
Minimum 3+ years of professional automotive repair experience.
Some automotive diagnostic ability.
Experience with general automotive repair, brakes, steering and suspension, timing kits, and maintenance.
Michigan State Mechanic License required.
Michigan State Drivers License required.
Strong computer, reading, and writing skills.
Ability to work independently while continuing to learn and develop technical skills.
ASE certifications are a plus.
Testing & Continuing Education will be required
Compensation & Benefits
Senior Master: $50-70 per hour, with approximate annual earning potential up to $150,000
A-Level: $40?$60 per hour, with approximate annual earning potential of $83,000?$125,000.
B-Level: $35?$55 per hour, $72,000?$114,000 annual earning potential based on experience.
Annual earning potential is not guaranteed and may vary based on the applicable compensation structure and other relevant factors.

Every Friday, the team meets over lunch to review training topics and discuss issues and challenges from the week.
