Summary

Position: Manual Machinist
Location: Greencastle, PA - Onsite

Contract - 6-12 Months

Job Description:

The key to this job is Manual Machinist

My Notes:
The machinist position is in the R & D department. They will focus mostly on manual machining of a gear lathe and vertical mills. Job functions such as turning pins, bushings, and medium complexity parts to tight tolerances. The milling side would encompass milling parts to thickness and holes to correct diameter and location. Candidates should also be able to use bore micrometers, calipers, and other measuring equipment.

Must Have
Manual machining experience required
Has experience with vertical milling
Ability to program CNC vertical and horizontal machining centers, using on-machine and conversational programming for various control types.
Experienced reading & interpreting blueprints
Needs to be experience with Microsoft office
