Job Description: This role sits on the Device Operations team and is responsible for managing and supporting customer facing network devices such as cable modems, routers, and fiber CPE used across our clients production network. The position focuses on overseeing device firmware updates, validating new devices before launch, troubleshooting performance or outage issues, and working closely with vendors and internal engineering teams to resolve problems quickly and with minimal customer impact.
