Job Details
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of electrical project management/estimating experience in commercial, industrial, or institutional projects.
Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and construction practices. Proficiency with estimating software and digital takeoff tools.
Analytical Ability: Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and bid documents.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills for interfacing with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Organization: Ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
Education: Degree or certification in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
