Summary

Job Title: AI Business Lead
Location: Houston, TX (Hybrid Mon Thurs Onsite)
Duration: 6+ Months

Key Responsibilities:

Train business teams on Microsoft Power Automate, Databricks, AI tools, and prompt engineering.
Identify, design, and implement AI and automation solutions to improve business processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable AI-enabled workflows.
Develop training materials, playbooks, documentation, and best practices for AI adoption.
Support AI governance, data security, compliance, and automation standards.
Track solution adoption, training effectiveness, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience with Microsoft Power Automate, Power Platform, workflow automation, or similar tools.
Knowledge of Generative AI, prompt engineering, AI productivity tools, and responsible AI practices.
Familiarity with Databricks, Azure, cloud data platforms, and analytics workflows.
Strong experience in business process improvement, stakeholder management, and user training.
Excellent communication, presentation, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills: Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Databricks, Azure, Copilot, Google Gemini/ADK, Claude AI, SharePoint, Teams, APIs, dashboards, change management, and technical documentation.
